Reveal A New You…
October 10th, 2005 by assertivechickMakeovers aren’t just about getting a whole new look and overhauling your wardrobe. It’s also about changing the way you think, live, and do things. Here are some self-improvement steps:
- FEED YOUR MIND. Crack open books you’ve been neglecting for months and read them.
- DO SOMETHING NICE for other people. It doesn’t have to be anything major. It can be something small like helping an old lady cross the street.
- ORGANIZE anything that needs to be fixed. Don’t be a pack rat. Get rid of the things that have nothing to do with your life anymore (such as books you read once and hated, shoes that pinch your feet, and of course, whiny letters from useless ex-boyfriends).
- TAKE UP a new hobby or sport. You’re never too old to learn something new.
- GIVE UP a vice or bad habit.
It’ll take some time to get used to the new you, but I guarantee you’ll be having fun in no time at all!
